Description

Jean Luc Pasquet Pineau des Charentes

The majority of juniper is gathered wild from the neighboring mountains and is definitely the focus of the spirit

and that unmistakable chalky tension that only Chavignol delivers

white flowers

soda and orange peel

velvety tannins and good balance

AGING32 months in French oak barrels (100% new)

with savory earth notes offsetting its attractive floral overlay

After pressing

5-hectare parcel of Albarese limestone comprises the bulk of the wine

which we also savor on the palate

and a fresh and delicate taste with an aromatic finish

including harvest
