Driveline 219 SprocketsThe Driveline 219 sprocket is a fully machined gear made from 7075 T6 aluminum. The higher grade aluminum results in a stronger, longer lasting sprocket and consequently less friction with reduced wear. While machining the sprocket versus stamping is more costly, it is a significant improvement in the concentricity of the gear. The machining process also allows a nicer fit to the sprocket hub in comparison to the cheaper stamping method.
