nano cinco trou noirTrou noir is an imperial stout aged for 16 months in 10 year old Knob Creek bourbon barrels. A beer with a black color, a very syrupy body, with chocolate aromas and strong notes of bourbon reminiscent of caramel, vanilla and oak.

They were subsequently left in our coolship overnight to be inoculated with wild yeast and bacteria
