Wantirna 'Amelia' Cabernet Merlot 2023Using grapes from original 1963 plantings, this is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. This is an intense yet elegant wine, with the Petite Verdot giving it added backbone of tannin and acidity. Approachable now but will age for 15+ years.
