Antique Thimble Etui - Gorgeous Painted Thimble, Thread Spool and Needle Store for ChatelaineThis is a beautiful Art Deco thimble store. It is made of early plastic and is a nice green colour with hand painting as shown. The top is a thimble with dimples and this unscrews nicely to reveal a good cavity holding a matching spool for threads. This has a removable lid which houses a needle. It all fits together beautifully and has a good inbuilt bail so perfect for a chatelaine or travel. It has some loss to the paint as shown and measures 2. 5

It measures approx 4 inches long and is a nice example

It is housed in a metal case and pulls out on a 40 inch/100 cm/1m tape

It has a good heavy base

He is a lovely large piece  measures just under 2

It has brass or similar frame and has a little side clasp which opens nicely to reveal a blue silk interior with several little compartments including a metal frame closing one with Brevete SGDG for French manufacture

This is a charming little patch or pill box likely from the Victorian or Edwardian period

It is in lovely antique condition and a very collectable piece

It has a gorgeous shape and is very attractive on

probably Georgian at least

It is in very nice vintage condition and a statement piece

It has beautiful little seed pearls across the front which is in a lovely design with a border and central stone
