Description

Monadenium ritchieiWe all scream when we get these in! These adorable little specimens native to Kenya. These are often called Euphorbia too which there is much discussion on the topic, they have a unique flowering structure in comparison to the typical Euphorbia flowers. If you put these in direct sun or outside they will turn a bright red. We usually will put them outside late April to September here in Oregon. These are a MUST have for any collector, we hope they

these can become absolutely massive

They can tolerate low light conditions as well as drought

they will bloom if given the right lighting conditions

Dischidia oiantha is a wonderful species of Dischidia

Water every 7-10 days as the top 2-3" of soil is dry

It has circular coin like foliage and its a relatively slow grower but they eventually will cascade out of any pot you put them in

through ingestion

as a hanging plant

they can go very dry between waterings

Though the large leaves can be very stunning

This may be roughly every 10-12 days depending on your home environment
